Return & Refund Policy

At Rahsalv Delight, every drink is freshly handcrafted using natural ingredients and contains no preservatives. Because our products are fresh, perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged, Incorrect or Spoiled Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by:

To help us investigate your claim, please provide:

* Your order number
* A brief description of the issue
* Clear photographs of the affected product(s), the packaging, and the shipping box (where applicable)

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Storage

Our drinks are delivered chilled and must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

As our products are preservative-free, we cannot accept responsibility for products that have not been stored correctly after delivery or have been left unrefrigerated.

Natural Separation

Because we use real ingredients and no artificial stabilisers or preservatives, some of our drinks—such as Tigernut Milk, Fura de Nono, and Coconut Yoghurt—may naturally separate over time.

This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or safety of the product. Simply shake well before enjoying.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any food or drink products.

Gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at rahsalvdelight@gmail.com.

Delivery Issues

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements where:

* An incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout.
* Delivery could not be completed because the recipient was unavailable.
* The order was delayed due to circumstances outside our control after it had been handed to the courier.
* The products were not refrigerated promptly after delivery.
