Every order is freshly prepared to ensure you receive the highest quality, preservative-free drinks. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are freshly made to order and prepared in small batches.

Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

Dispatch Schedule

We currently dispatch orders once a week on Thursdays.

To be included in the week’s dispatch, your order and payment must be received before our weekly order cut-off. Orders placed after the cut-off will automatically be added to the following week’s dispatch.

Delivery

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation and tracking information (where available).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier. While we aim to deliver within the expected timeframe, delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Receiving Your Order

Our drinks are shipped chilled using insulated packaging designed to help maintain product quality during transit.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel on the expected delivery day.

Upon delivery, inspect your order and refrigerate your drinks immediately to maintain their freshness and quality.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate before completing your order.

Rahsalv Delight cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the parcel or the courier is unable to gain access, any redelivery fees or losses may be the responsibility of the customer.
