2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you confirm that:

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

3. Product Information

Our drinks are freshly handcrafted using natural ingredients and contain no preservatives.

Because we use real ingredients, the colour, texture, thickness, and flavour may vary slightly from batch to batch. Natural separation may also occur. This is normal and does not affect the quality or safety of the product.

Product images are provided for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment

Payment must be received in full before an order is prepared and dispatched.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout through our secure payment providers.

6. Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are prepared fresh and dispatched according to our published dispatch schedule.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Rahsalv Delight is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, severe weather, industrial action, traffic disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel where required.

7. Storage & Product Care

Our drinks are delivered chilled and must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

Failure to store products correctly may affect their quality and safety. Rahsalv Delight cannot accept responsibility for products that have not been stored as instructed after delivery.

8. Allergens

Some of our products contain allergens, including but not limited to:

* Dairy products
* Coconut

Ingredients and allergen information are provided on our product labels and product pages.

If you have any allergies or dietary concerns, please contact us before placing your order.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in accordance with our Refund Policy.
